Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for ‘change of mind’. Once the package has been shipped with New Zealand Post, we are no longer responsible for your package, unless you receive your items and there are faults or errors. If you receive your package damaged, please contact New Zealand Post immediately.
If a faulty or wrong product is received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a video or photo of the product(s) and your order number and confirmation email. We will get back to you within 3 business days to put things right. We may offer you a return or refund on a faulty product if approved. We venture to do our best to ensure your orders are correct and void of faults, but unfortunately, mistakes can sometimes be made. We are steadfast in resolving any problems as soon as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours after your order is placed, and we can issue a refund. If you wish to cancel your order after 3 hours, please contact us, and we may be able to make something work, but we may also not be able to cancel the order for various reasons.
