Refunds and Cancellations
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for change of mind. Once the package has been dispatched through a shipping carrier like Aramex or New Zealand Post, we absolve ourselves of any further responsibility for your package, unless you receive a faulty or incorrect product. If you receive your package damaged please contact the shipping carrier that delivered the package. We urge you to inspect your package within the first 48 hours of delivery. This is to confirm you received the correct products and if any are faulty.
If a faulty or wrong product is received please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a video or photo of the product(s) along with the packaging. We will get back to you within 3 business days to resolve the issue at hand. We may offer you a return or refund on a faulty product if approved after an image or video has kindly been sent.
